This policy explains what data GraphIQ.ai collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to our website, app, and APIs.
We collect account information you provide (name, work email, company), usage data about how you interact with the product, and the queries you run against the graph. We also process the business records that make up the GraphIQ.ai identity graph — company and professional information sourced from public and licensed datasets.
We use data to operate and improve the service, resolve entities and relationships in the graph, secure the platform, communicate with you, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal account data.
GraphIQ.ai is a B2B data product. The identity graph contains professional, work-context information about organizations and the people associated with them, compiled from public sources, partners, and licensed providers. We process this on the basis of legitimate interest in providing business intelligence, subject to applicable law.
Depending on your jurisdiction (including under the GDPR and CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, and to object to certain uses. To exercise any of these rights, contact [email protected].
We retain personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, after which it is deleted or anonymized.
These terms govern your access to and use of GraphIQ.ai. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials and API keys secure. You must provide accurate information and be authorized to bind your organization.
You agree to use GraphIQ.ai for legitimate business purposes and in compliance with applicable laws, including data protection and anti-spam regulations. You may not scrape, resell, or redistribute the graph except as expressly permitted, or use the data to harass or unlawfully target individuals.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a usage or subscription basis as described at checkout. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with notice for future billing periods.
GraphIQ.ai retains all rights to the platform, the graph, and our software. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the service and API within your plan limits. You retain rights to data you submit.
The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, GraphIQ.ai is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the preceding twelve months.
Either party may terminate per the applicable order or for material breach. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Security is built into how the graph is sourced, stored, and served. This is an overview of our practices — contact us for our full security package.
GraphIQ.ai runs on hardened cloud infrastructure. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256). Networks are segmented and access to production is restricted and logged.
We enforce least-privilege access, SSO and role-based permissions for the app, and scoped API keys. Employee access to customer data is limited to what's required to operate the service.
We maintain a SOC 2 Type II program and align our data handling with GDPR and CCPA requirements. A Data Processing Addendum is available for customers who need one.
We welcome reports from security researchers at [email protected] and maintain an incident response plan with defined notification timelines in the event of a breach.
