What does Remedium do?

We are making carbon capture commercially viable through our novel calcium-based sorbent, Limeloop, and our innovative carbon capture process: Carbon Capture Heat Battery. Our sorbent, Limeloop, captures 36 times more CO₂ over its lifetime than natural limestone, significantly enhancing carbon capture efficiency and cost. Meanwhile, our Carbon Capture Heat Battery reduces the cost of carbon capture by over 80% by creating an additional revenue stream-monetizing fluctuations in electricity prices to produce provide high temperature process heat 24/7. An additional advantage of our solution is its waste-free nature: once the sorbent reaches the end of its lifecycle, it can be reused in cement clinker production, making it a highly sustainable solution for cement decarbonization.
