HR Summit Organizing Commettee annually organizes The Russia and CIS HR Directors Summit, which became the largest professional event in Eastern and Central Europe.The HR Directors Summit enables participants to gain an understanding of the main processes in the field of Human Resource management and exchange ideas with colleagues. Participants can also learn about the latest developments, products, and services in HRM and make business contacts. The Russia and CIS HR-Directors Summit is traditionally the annual meeting place for the HR-leaders, HR-directors, CEOs, HR-professionals and experts of the personnel market, as well as representatives of educational, government agencies and media professionals, who gather together to discuss key trends, opportunities and challenges. Speakers, who are included in the «TOP-1000 Russian Managers» rating, talk about strategic and practical issues of personnel management during the Russia and CIS HR-Directors' Summit, they also present HR-cases and best HR-projects. Since 2010 during the Russia and CIS HR-Directors' Summit the HR-EXPO exhibition is carried out. HR-EXPO exhibition introduces the latest HR-achievements, services and solutions for efficient personnel management and human capital development. Since 2011 the Award for achievements in the field of human capital management «Crystal Pyramid» is given annually during the Russia and CIS HR-Directors' Summit.
