The Recruiters may set industry/function/geographic filters allowing them to receive only pre-qualified resumes rather than having to pre-qualify the resumes themselves. Our database matches Recruiters and Job Seekers based on their job industry, function and geographical requirements, thus pairing only those Job Seekers and Recruiters who have mutual needs.
