Elad National Properties ( Formerly the Elad Group Florida ) has expanded rapidly during our short history, from Southeast to several regions such as Mid Atlantic, Texas, Northeast and Midwest. Acquired from national REITs and private real estate developers, our well-diversified portfolio of properties consists of 12,700 units ( a mix of 8,100 rental apartments and 3,000 condominiums for sale ), One million square feet of office, commercial spaces and Condo hotel. The company’s long term strategy is to focus and expand the expertise achieved in the Income producing Multi Family housing market segment.
