What does Woven wire screen do?

There are five types of woven wire screen. As standard, they are made of high tensile wire, and also available in stainless steel: Flat Top Screens are mainly used as a screen mesh in industries such as mining and quarrying and as a wire screen deck for stone crushing machinery, and suitable for trommel screen applications. Double Crimp Screens are produced by weaving previously crimped wires into one another. The mesh width and wire diameter determine the number of crimps within a mesh width. The Lock Crimp Screens are produced via the pre-crimp technique. The warp and weft wires are both crimped at their points of intersection and ensures that there is no wire movement in the mesh. This makes the lock crimp wire cloth a very stable stainless steel screen mesh. Rectangular Pattern Screens are crimped before weaving, and can used bi-directionally with ripple flections, tight lock flections, flattop flections, double-direction flections, or list-direction separate ripple flections. Slotted Weave Screens maximize open areas, and can be produced in one-way crimp, crimp and intermediate crimp lock configurations, with long aperture with or against material flow.
