The production line is fully automated, with the capacity to manufacture about 6 million pieces annually. The products are consistent in quality with utmost finishing. The Qcon Blocks Private Limited are pioneers in India by adopting the curing technology of world leader M/s. ROTHO of Germany in their plant. The state-of-the-art curing chamber was built with the technology and assistance of M/s. ROTHO has innovative and unique technology for concrete products curing, whereby the strength of the material increases multifold, as compared to conventional curing. The process saves energy and natural resources, thus making the product greener. At Qcon Blocks Private Limited, we use Steel Pallets to ensure utmost quality and uniformity, specially imported from SAMJUNG INDUSTRIES, SOUTH KOREA. The products produced using steel pallets are of superior quality and finish, unlike those manufactured using wooden Pallets. Wooden pallets break, sag, and shrink with continuous exposure to water and hydraulic compression. To enhance the life of Pallets, the manufacturers reduce compression, affecting the product quality. With steel Pallets, the product output will be of very high quality, without any breaks and are of good density, lasting for a long.
