PAENAL - Porto Amboim Estaleiros Navais Limitada is a developed fabrication yard dedicated in the fabrication and construction of complex facilities with specialized know-how for global support. However we offer integrated and dynamic services to carry out projects for the Oil and Gas (O&G) industry. Initially formed as a Joint Venture between SONANGOL and SBM Offshore in year 2007. Thereafter, in the year 2008, the JV was joined by DSME, South Korea with entity shares of SONANGOL (40%), SBMO (30%), DSME (30%). We can provide a complete service with the highest level of safety, quality and schedule comply based on the very long experience in the fabrication and construction of complex facilities to the Oil & Gas Industry. These operations cover on a turn-key basis all operations from the conceptual engineering design including the transport and crane operations.
