Newline Limited was established in Nairobi in 9th July 1998 with the objective of being the main office furniture supplier in the Kenyan market by introducing a new concept in modular furniture without compromising on quality. We have expanded our operations by offering Our References a 5-year guarantee and a 5-year Back-Up service on the purchased products, meaning we can exchange or repair the furniture for at no extra cost in case of factory defects. We have introduced furniture that is double the quality of the existing furniture in the market without changing the price. This has gained us the support and the help from Our References in becoming the leaders in this market. In 2008, we change the direction of the company when we started to manufacture furniture locally by investing in Hi-tech machinery. We are no longer furniture sellers only, but Furniture Manufacturers as well. We have a strong workforce of over 80 employees providing services in sales, marketing, interior design, logistics, production, assembly, packing and general administration. We are now supplying to the biggest government and private bodies in Kenya like Kenya commercial Bank, Kenya Revenue Authority, Kenya Marine Authority, National Bank, Kenya Women finance Trust, Eagle Africa Insurance Brokers among others. With the confidence that we gained in the market, we started manufacturing kitchen cabinets and bedroom wardrobes in the beginning of 2010. We believe that Our References comfort and satisfaction comes first, thus we are working on new technologies to ensure that this need is met.
