The Hungarian Public Relations Association was established in 1989 to represent the PR specialists nationwide, individual and collective, professional and ethical interests. The aims of the nonprofit organisation are: - to increase the reputation of the public relations profession, - to improve the acknowledgement of our activities inside and outside of the profession, - to strengthen the protection of interests in the profession, - to introduce the international ethical practice of the professionals nationally, - to improve the expertise of Hungarian practitioners of public relations, and - to make the association more prestigious.
